Guided Story
Have you ever wondered what stories a tree can tell? Here at the Waldpavillon, you're about to delve into the tales of trees and the forest. Look to your left, and you'll see an impressive model of a tree trunk. Did you know that a tree's rings can reveal more than just its age? They tell stories of droughts, abundant growth, and even wildfires. Now, turn around and check out the interactive station behind you. Here, you can step into the shoes of a forester, balancing timber use with conservation. Just about 400 meters north is the Ernst-Lehner Stadium. A visit here is like walking through the seasons of the forest, without ever setting foot in the woods.
