Created by Dietrich Rohde in 1967, this fountain captivates with its elegant bronze seagulls, seemingly gliding effortlessly through the water. Notice how the birds are seamlessly integrated into the water feature, as if they are naturally part of it. A reconstruction has restored this harmony to its original form. Nearby, just 96 meters to the west, you can spot the Gestapo-Lager Wuhlheide memorial. This place beautifully merges art and history in its surroundings.
