The Bienertmühle in Dresden-Plauen commemorates the Bienert family, who leased the site in 1852 and purchased it in 1872. Under their management, it became the most modern milling location in Saxony. Milling operations ceased in 1990 following a fire, and the bread factory closed in 1991.
