This memorial commemorates the cemetery of the former Jewish community of Oestrich, desecrated and destroyed during the National Socialist regime from 1933 to 1945. The granite stone's inscription honors the Jewish citizens who were disenfranchised, expelled, and murdered during this time. It was erected in 1961.
