The mural 'Revolution and War' by Shahin Charmi was completed in November 1989 on the facade of the Iltisbunker in Kiel-Gaarden. Spanning over 600 square meters, it commemorates the sailors' and workers' uprising of the 1918 November Revolution and the assassination of Rosa Luxemburg. It ranks among the largest murals of its kind in Europe.
