Hüxtertorbrücke

Standing here, you're at a site that was once part of Lübeck's medieval fortifications. The Hüxtertor Bridge, also known as the Hüxterdamm, now connects the old city area. Imagine a time when this was a city gate, where people and goods entered Lübeck. As you walk across the bridge, sense the layers of history beneath you. Just 35 meters to the east, you'll see the Trägerstecksperre, a monument that also speaks to this rich past.
