Standing here at Kuckstein, you're at 190 meters above sea level. This tranquil spot is part of the Pleiser Hills and the northward-sloping Ennert range. Look around: to the east lies the Bonn district of Oberkassel, and to the south, you'll find Römlinghoven, part of Königswinter. Nearby, just 94 meters southwest, you can find the monument to the Oberkassel humans, with the site of the double grave a short walk further. About 418 meters west, you'll encounter the remnants of the Steiner Häuschen castle. This area is rich with history and nature, both of which you can appreciate here.
