The Augsburg Town Hall is a significant example of Renaissance architecture north of the Alps. Built from 1615 to 1624, the 57-meter tall structure stands on the eastern side of Augsburg's Rathausplatz. Alongside the Perlachturm, it forms the city's emblem.
