Welcome to the Bruchwiesen Nature Reserve. Since 1992, this 6.7-hectare area has been a protected space. Look around and soak in the tranquility that surrounds you. Here, northwest of Pferdsfeld, the unique plant and animal life thrives in this safeguarded habitat. To your south runs the L 229 state road, but the sounds of civilization feel miles away here. To the west, about 641 meters away, you can find the Forsthaus Alteburg, a quaint monument nestled in the landscape. A short walk in that direction could offer another little adventure.
