The Bayreuth Festival is a music theater event dedicated to the last ten operas of Richard Wagner. Since 1876, it has been held in the specially designed Festspielhaus on the Green Hill, a creation by the composer and architect Otto Brückwald. Annually from July 25 to August 28, visitors experience Wagner's musical visions here.
