Built in 1865 and formerly known as Stechhansche Mühle, the Britzer Mühle is a fully operational gallery Dutch windmill of the rare twelve-sided type. As an architectural heritage monument, it preserves the tradition of windmills in Berlin and is the last of the six Britzer mills at its original location.
