The Efficiency House Plus with Electromobility is a groundbreaking government model project that generates more energy than a family with two electric cars consumes annually. Developed by the Institute for Lightweight Structures and Conceptual Design at the University of Stuttgart and architect Werner Sobek, it is part of the 'Future Building' research initiative.
