The Hochbunker Pallasstraße, also known as the Sportpalast-Bunker, was built during World War II and modernized in the 1980s. Until 2010, it was used as a civil defense shelter and storage for emergency goods. It has been a site of remembrance and a venue for events since 2002, maintained by the Berlin Underworlds Association.
