Built in 1733 by Friedrich Wilhelm Dieterichs in the Frederician Rococo style, the Prinzessinnenpalais is a notable architectural monument on the grand boulevard Unter den Linden. After being destroyed in World War II, it was reconstructed as an opera café in the 1960s. It now houses the PalaisPopulaire art hall of Deutsche Bank.
