The Schürmann-Bau in Bonn, opened in 2002 and named after its architect Joachim Schürmann, houses the headquarters of Deutsche Welle. Initially intended as offices for parliament members, it was heavily damaged by a Rhine flood in 1993. Since 2025, the broadcaster Phoenix also occupies the building.
