Guided Story
Look up at the towering water tower. Can you imagine standing in a place that has been the heart of the Bremer Woll-Kämmerei for over a century? Behind you, about 70 meters to the north, is the old joinery. The hard work here played a key role in Bremen's industrialization. To the west, you can see the Fliegerhalle, where tons of wool were once stored. As the sun sets, everything is bathed in a warm, golden glow. It's like the past is waving at you, ready to tell the stories of the workers and their families. Further north, almost hidden, stands the Sir Charles monument, a silent witness to the many tales these walls have seen. Can you feel the history here? It whispers in every breeze that sweeps across the site.
