The Chemnitzaue near Draisdorf is an 83.8-hectare nature reserve in the northwest of Chemnitz. Established in 2015, it provides a protected habitat for local flora and fauna along the Chemnitz River. The area is bordered by the B 107 to the east and the A 4 to the southeast.
