Behind you is the Petrified Forest, another gem. Imagine, about 290 million years ago, this was a tropical forest, fossilized by a volcanic eruption. It's like time stood still for a moment. To your left is the Sterzeleanum, a small but fascinating historical cabinet that takes you on a time travel adventure. And if you listen closely, you might hear the buzz from the Insektarium. It's almost magical to see so many tiny creatures in one place.
