The Torhaus, also known as Schloss Neukirchen, is part of the historic Klaffenbach water castle in Chemnitz. Originally constructed by Wolf Hünerkopf between 1553 and 1557, the complex served as an economic and administrative center. A notable 1616 addition by Dietrich von Taube gives it a nearly unique Renaissance character in Saxony.
