'Names and Stones' in Dortmund honors those who lost their lives to AIDS. Created in 1995 by artist Tom Fecht, this memorial was a joint effort with the German AIDS Foundation and the Dortmund AIDS Help Association. The brick installation features the inscription 'Epitaph III/ Dortmund 1995'.
