Standing here, you're facing the Ernst-Julius-Otto Memorial. It was inaugurated on August 10th, 2010. It's also known as the Kruzianer Memorial. Created by Gustav Adolf Kietz, a prominent artist of his time. Just behind you, you can see the Kreuzkirche, only a few meters away. Nearby, to the east, is the Peace Forum from February 13th, 1982. These memorials reflect the rich history and cultural heritage of this area.
