The Wolfshügelturm, once standing on the 211-meter high Wolfshügel at the edge of Albertpark, was a 25-meter tall concrete observation tower designed by city architect Hans Erlwein. It was destroyed on May 8, 1945. A Dresden citizens' initiative aims to rebuild the tower following its historical design.
