Welcome to a unique oasis in the city center of Erlangen. This Aromatic Garden, managed by the Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg, was the first of its kind globally. Covering 8,900 square meters, it hosts about 120 species of plants, offering both local and exotic aromas. These fragrances are used in medicine, spices, and cosmetics. If you look around, you can spot the Ludwigsbrücke and the Schwabach nearby, providing a scenic backdrop to the garden. To the east, you can see the Old Psychiatric Clinic, another notable landmark in the area.
