Guided Story
Can you feel the gentle breeze coming off the river? This bridge has watched over the city for more than a century. Look to your left, and you'll see the impressive steel framework that's stood the test of time. Did you know that during World War II, the bridge was damaged but quickly rebuilt? It was so crucial for the railway that they couldn't afford delays. Now, if you look up, you'll see the graceful arches that beautifully complement the cityscape. And from here, you have one of the best views of Frankfurt's skyline. It's a perfect spot to pause and soak in the urban charm.
