The Grüne-Soße-Denkmal in Frankfurt, inaugurated on May 21, 2007, in the Oberrad district, is Germany's first monument dedicated to a regional dish. Designed by Olga Schulz, a student at the University of Art and Design in Offenbach, the glass monument was funded by the Regionalpark RheinMain SüdWest. It stands within the Frankfurt Green Belt.
