Can you feel the tranquility around you? You're standing in one of Europe's largest urban moors. Take a slow turn and let your eyes wander. Do you notice the unique plants? Many of them are survivors from the Ice Age. Did you know that until 1904, peat was extracted here to heat the city's fireplaces? Imagine the labor of cutting peat by hand back then. This landscape has barely changed since, a true treasure in the middle of the city. Look up, you might spot one of the rare birds nesting here.
