The Water Police School in Hamburg, officially known as the Wasserschutzpolizei-Schule, has been a central training facility for the water police of several German states since 1949. This building was constructed in 1926 and has become a significant educational institution since then. In 1949, it started serving as the central training facility for the water police of several German states. The legal foundation for its operations was established with the law of 1974. Imagine the many officers who have walked these halls for their training. To the south, about 316 meters away, you can see the Veddelkanalbrücke. A bit further west, at 366 meters, is the Argentinienbrücke. These bridges are part of the distinctive harbor atmosphere that surrounds this historic educational site.
