The Martin Neuffer Bridge in Hannover links the historic Hohe Ufer with the Leibnizufer. Designed by Johann Paul Heumann and constructed in 1736/37, it is recognized as a heritage monument. In 2010, it was renamed in honor of former city director Martin Neuffer.
