Welcome to the nature reserve around the Heidesheimer Weg, spanning an impressive 334.76 hectares. Since June 30, 2003, this area has been protected, offering a tranquil oasis between the core city of Ingelheim am Rhein and the districts of Heidesheim and Wackernheim. If you look to the north, you might sense the proximity of the Autobahn 60, with State Road 419 running further south. These roads are crucial traffic routes, but here, amidst nature, the city's hustle seems far away. Just 756 meters south of you stands the Napoleonstein, a monument that echoes history. Enjoy the diverse flora and fauna that this reserve has to offer.
