Emmauskirche

This church stands as a remarkable example of modern architecture, crafted by Peter Salzbrenner. Notice the clean lines and simple forms that reflect the innovative spirit of the 1960s. Inaugurated on December 19, 1965, it has been a protected cultural heritage monument ever since. The Protestant tradition is maintained by the Evangelische Emmausgemeinde. As you look around, you'll see how the design harmoniously blends concrete and light, giving the church its unique character. Just 150 meters to the south, you might spot the St. Hedwig Church.
