The Auferstehungskirche in Kassel-Nord, constructed in 1906 in Neo-Gothic style by architects Eubell and Rieck, underwent a significant restoration starting in 1951 after wartime damage in 1943. Architect Otto Vogt led the restoration, preserving the original tower style while giving the nave a modern redesign. An Euler organ was inaugurated in 1956, with an additional church hall opened in 1984.
