The Hochbunker on Körnerstraße, a World War II air-raid shelter in Cologne's Ehrenfeld district, was built where the Ehrenfeld Synagogue once stood. Post-war, it provided housing for bombed-out families and storage for the fire brigade. Now known as bunker k101, it serves as a place for culture and remembrance.
