Karl-Schwering-Platz, designed by garden architect Fritz Encke in 1925, is an expansive green area in Cologne's Lindenthal district. It links the Inner Green Belt at Aachener Weiher with the Outer Green Belt's city forest. The park is named after Karl Schwering, the former director of the Apostelgymnasium.
