Guided Story
Look up at the stones of the Weckschnapp tower. Can you imagine the sentinels who once stood here, keeping watch over the city? To your left, the Rhine stretches out beyond the Konrad-Adenauer-Ufer, a constant witness to Cologne's history. Turn around, and you might catch a glimpse of St. Kunibert's spire in the distance. This tower was part of the city's medieval fortifications, a role you wouldn't guess today. At sunset, when the light turns the stones golden, you can almost hear echoes from the past – the clatter of horses, the clink of armor. It's a perfect spot to feel the blend of history and the present moment.
