The Monument to the Battle of the Nations in Leipzig commemorates October 18, 1813, a pivotal day in the Battle of Leipzig during the Wars of Liberation. Designed by architect Clemens Thieme in 1913, it stands 91 meters tall in Art Nouveau style. Inside the tower, there is a Hall of Fame and a crypt.
