Imagine standing atop ancient walls that once defended the city. Look up, and you'll see the Old Watchtower rising proudly into the sky. Can you feel the breeze? It whispers tales of times long past. To your left, peeking through the trees, is the spire of St. Gertraud Church. Straight ahead, if you look carefully, you’ll spot the Marienbrücke, arching gracefully as if welcoming you to the city. This tower was a vital part of the city's defenses and has witnessed much over the centuries. Sunrise or sunset casts the city in a golden glow, the perfect backdrop for imagining the watchful eyes that once scanned the horizon from here.
