The Runtingerhaus at Keplerstraße 1, with construction starting around 1200, is one of the oldest patrician houses in Regensburg. Featuring an early Gothic stepped gable from the 13th century, it reflects the history of the affluent Runtinger family who acquired it in 1367. After serving as an inn, it was primarily used for residential purposes in the 19th and 20th centuries.
