You're standing at the Reutlingen Observatory, perched on the building of the Ferdinand-von-Steinbeis-School. This public observatory is a gateway to the stars and an invitation to explore the mysteries of the universe. It's part of the Verein für Volksbildung, an educational association active since 1918. Just 66 meters to your left, you'll find the Theodor-Heuss-Sporthalle. Here, 15 dedicated volunteers offer both public and group tours, eager to guide you through the wonders of astronomy. Visiting this spot is like taking a small step into the vast cosmos, right above the city of Reutlingen.
