The oval white plaque commemorates the Alt-Saarbrücken Bell Foundry. This house contains remnants of the bell foundry established around 1746 in the former Herrschaftlicher Fruchtspeicher am Hahnen. It was here that the bells for the Baroque residence were crafted during the Stengel period.
