Guided Story
Picture this: it's the 18th century, and the grand hunting parties of Grand Duke Friedrich Franz I. have just arrived. The air is thick with anticipation and the earthy scent of the surrounding forests. Look around, behind you stands the Friedrichsthal Hunting Lodge, a symbol of royal leisure and hunting enthusiasm. The duke and his guests would spend days in pursuit of game, followed by lavish feasts in the grand halls. Even though you can't enter today, the architecture speaks volumes about the past. Turn around and you'll see the cavalier houses, once home to the duke’s entourage. They hold silent stories of the comings and goings of those who lived here, while nature offers a timeless backdrop all around.
