The Siegen-Süd telecommunications tower, a 134-meter tall concrete FMT 2/73 structure, stands prominently on Eisernhardt in North Rhine-Westphalia. Since 1976, it has served as a key hub for microwave and mobile communications. It also provides mobile internet for civilian aircraft and broadcasts DAB+ since 2015.
