Notice the towering structure before you. Standing 85 meters tall, this church dominates the skyline in the heart of Solingen. Designed by architects Adolf Cornehls and Arno Eugen Fritsche, it was constructed between 1898 and 1901 in the Romanesque Revival style. Look closely and you'll see the characteristic rounded arches and solid construction that define this architectural style. Since August 9, 1988, the church has been a protected monument, highlighting its historical and architectural significance. To the north, you can find the Dickenbusch Park, a nearby landmark. This church is a remarkable example of Protestant architecture and an important cultural heritage of the city.
