As you stand on Uhlandshöhe, you're on a historical rise in Stuttgart. This place was once known as Ameisenberg. In 1862, it was named after a park that encompasses the entire area. Look northeast, and you'll see the viewing platform Uhlandshöhe, just 64 meters away. A bit further in the same direction, about 253 meters away, is the Stuttgart Observatory. To the south, roughly 101 meters, is the Werkstatthaus, a place for culture and entertainment.
