Founded in 1641, Theater Ulm is a significant multi-genre venue in Ulm, featuring its own ensembles for opera, drama, and ballet. The building at Herbert-von-Karajan-Platz, designed by architect Fritz Schäfer, was constructed from 1966 to 1969, offering 817 seats in the main auditorium and up to 200 in the studio theater Podium.
