Designed by Friedrich Werz and Paul Huber, the Landeshaus was constructed between 1903 and 1907 and has housed the Hessian Ministry for Economic Affairs, Energy, Transport, Housing, and Rural Areas since 1953. It's situated on Wiesbaden's Ringstraße, close to the main train station and next to the Luther Church. In 2007, the building was sold to Austrian CA Immo and later to Patrizia AG in 2014.
