Wiesbaden's Neues Rathaus, designed by Georg von Hauberrisser, was constructed between 1883 and 1887 in the Renaissance Revival style. The facade facing Schlossplatz was rebuilt in the 1950s after wartime damage. It houses the office of the mayor and the city council.
