The Bismarck statue in Wuppertal was inaugurated in 1902 and created by Berlin sculptor Hugo Lederer. Initially located in front of the old Barmer Rathaus on Werther Street, it was relocated in 1921 to the Geschwister-Scholl-Platz in front of the Barmer Ruhmeshalle.
