Opened on August 1, 1960 by Charlotte von Mahlsdorf, the Gründerzeitmuseum in Mahlsdorf Manor houses Europe's largest cohesive collection of Gründerzeit artifacts. Located at Hultschiner Damm 333 in Berlin's Mahlsdorf district, the manor, built around 1780, also serves as a backdrop for film, TV productions, and theater performances. The collection has been curated by the Förderverein Gutshaus Mahlsdorf since 1997.
