Opened in 1971, the Bezirkssportanlage Mitte serves as the home stadium for MTV 1881 Ingolstadt. With a capacity of 8,000, the main stadium features natural grass and an athletics facility, classified as Kampfahn Type B. The complex also includes several sports halls and an artificial turf field, and it was the home ground for FC Ingolstadt 04 until 2008.
