You are standing before the Humpfert Tower, also known as the Carl-Hassel-Tower. This observation tower was built in 1908 and stands 10 meters tall. Take a look around, because to the west, you’ll find the nature reserve Auf der Humpfert. Just a bit northwest lies the upper Hasselbachtal. Both spots are part of the beautiful natural landscape surrounding this area. Although the tower itself is closed, the scenery around you offers a peaceful setting to enjoy.
